Job Description
We are looking for a senior level Global Rewards Business Partner reporting to the Managing Director of Global Rewards. In this role you will be part of a great team! You will serve as a functional leader across our team and organization on compensation-related programs and initiatives, and will serve as a consultant to one or more businesses on day-to-day or annual compensation needs. The role will be both COE and business-facing. You must be proactive! We do not wait, we find opportunities to make a difference for our customers. You will work closely together with our global rewards partners around the world, in addition to our HR partners, business leaders and partner organizations globally, to define and drive our compensation strategy. The ability to conduct effective and detailed analysis is key, but more important is the ability to influence and drive effective results with those analyses. Location: Austin, TX or open to other US locations (remote)
Responsibilities will include:
Maintenance and improvement of our global career framework
Design and lead compensation/rewards communication and education strategy
Liaise with our Talent and Development organization, creating a proactive relationship and coordinating on items that cross both of our spaces
Co-lead effort to add clarity and definition around rewards roles globally and playbook for our organization; creation of ramp plan for members coming on to our team
Key involvement across benchmarking, focal preparation, reporting/dashboards, pay equity and other COE processes
On-going analysis of competitive position and designated businesses
Regular consulting to and solutioning with HR and businesses on making the best compensation decisions aligned with our strategy
Involvement in M&A activities, as needed
Partnership and collaboration with global team, customers and partner organizations
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in business or relevant discipline combined with 8+ years of Global Rewards experience. Preferably with international, high-tech or semiconductor knowledge.
Strong analytical skills including excel modeling/building
Expert consultative, influencing, and interpersonal skills
In depth knowledge compensation environment globally
Strong project management/planning skills with ability to demonstrate a collaborative approach to manage complex, highly visible projects
