AWARE seeks to provide opportunities for employees to grow professionally through its tuition advancement program, professional development opportunities and in-house trainings.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:While under direct supervision of the designated supervisor, performs routine duties for the protection, care, and supervision of adolescents.Administers assessment instruments and assist in the development of training programs for persons with mental health disabilities, with the goal of achieving maximum independence.Focuses on assisting in training programs that centers on basic living skills, independent living skills, vocational skills, and academic skills, utilizing AWARE's Wraparound philosophy.AWARE empowers its employees to operate under the auspices of AWARE’s Unconditional Care Principles .Requirements
