CITY OF BAKER Police Officer in BAKER, Montana
The City of Baker, Montana is accepting completed standard employment application for Full-time Police Officer. The applicant must be of legal age and possess a valid Driver's License. Possessing a POST Certification is preferred. Applications will be evaluated based on education, experience, and overall suitability. Requirements for this position are provided in Montana Code Annotated 7-32-303, Qualifications of Law Enforcement Officers. If not already POST certified the successful applicant will be required to attend and satisfactorily complete the 12-week law enforcement academy provided the scheduling by the Chief of Police. Additionally, the applicant must pass the State if Montana POST physical fitness requirement prior to attendance. The starting wage ranges from $24.27 to $27.33 depending on experience and/ certification.
