Job Title: Panther Perk Advisor FY2425_59 Time Commitment: Daily beginning the first day of school to the last day of school, up to an additional week for set up and take down at beginning/end of year. Additional weekend/evening hours as requested by groups/district. Supervisor: Principal Shanna Smith Pay: Level 7 (Fall, Winter, Spring) $2,120 x 3 =$ 6,360 General Job Description: Provide daily supervision of The Panther Perk Coffee Shop at Belgrade High School. Along with daily supervision, the individual is also responsible for ordering of all consumable supplies each week, creating and maintaining the staff schedule, counting the til, training new employees, pricing beverages, ordering and implementing new equipment and routines associated with, while maintaining a financial record of income and expenses. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Create staff schedules - Communication with staff as needed to cover shifts and make schedule adjustments - Supervise the coffee shop daily from 7:10-8:20 am and at lunch from 12:25-1 pm - Track inventory and complete US Foods orders online as necessary - Weekly trips to Town & Country to purchase milk, half and half, syrups, and other items - Track income and expenses daily for accurate records - Verify and turn in timesheets monthly to payroll - Interview and train any new staff as needed - Design and print teacher pre-paid cards, coupons and frequent buyer cards as necessary - Design marketing materials as necessary to appeal to students and outside community members for events outside of the regular operating hours. - Price every drink considering the cost of supplies - Maintain a relationship with local coffee distributor. Place orders for espresso, ground coffee, other supplies through distributor (Ghost Town Coffee) Qualifications - Experience with a variety of barista equipment - Knowledge of popular espresso based and other beverages - Strong organizational and written communication skills - Ability to interact positively with students, colleagues and
