Job#: 2046474Job Description:IT Operations SpecialistEmail- [email protected] to applyLocation:100% onsite - Bozeman, MTDuration:6 month contract with possible extensions/perm potentialSchedule:Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM, plus occasional on-call workDay to Day ResponsibilitiesAssist with IT infrastructure improvementsInteract as needed with the IT service provider andstakeholders.Provides timely technical assistance tostaff concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including office applications, operating systems, printing and hardware installation.Configure workstations and user accounts, including phone, Ethernet, computer, docking station.Provide equipment and services orientation to new employees.Facilitate help desk ticket resolution between employees and IT service provider and serve as escalation point to employees with unresolved open ticketsMaintain equipment and software inventory.Coordinate the purchase of new workstation, software and license renewals.Perform other tasks and duties as required.Qualifications:5+ years IT Support ExperienceStrong Analytical and problem solving across multiple disciplines (HW/OS/Network)Occasional travel to other offices could be required - Dallas and/or Boston area, must be flexible to travel as neededEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
