OVERVIEW:
The Housing Assistant assists the Housing Manager with all aspects pertaining to employee housing in Montana.
Compensation for this Position: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
General Responsibilities:
Maintain open communication lines with all working relationships
Follow up to ensure items for which the job is accountable are performed
Earn and maintain customer’s trust
Uphold the core values of the organization
Work well with others to accomplish the mission of the organization and of the job
Specific Responsibilities:
Will serve as an additional point of contact for employees, providing a positive housing experience for them
Works closely with the Housing Manager to ensure daily housing operations run smoothly
Maintains accurate and up to date records of employee housing locations- both current and future
Coordinate move-in and move out schedules, inspections and maintenance requests
Assist employees with understanding housing policies and procedures
Build strong relationships with the property managers to address housing-related concerns
Support the Housing Manger with employee relocation logistics
Assist the Housing Manager with setting up new leases, COI’s and utilities
Monitor and track lease expiration dates and renewals
Other duties as may be assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a high school diploma and more than 5 years of experience in logistical coordination and/or administrative assistant. Management experience is also preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Excel.
