The Opportunity:

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to organize, coordinate, and execute administrative and operational duties as part of the AVT team. Your role is to create and maintain and support an optimized work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Office Management

  • Oversee and assist with corporate and customer visits to ensure start-to-finish success.

  • Act as backup Day One Coordinator to handle onboarding tasks.

  • On-site event management: business meal coordination, conference room preparation, team building planning.

  • o Monitor and order office and pantry supplies. Maintain general office aesthetics.

  • Mail distribution: pick up mail and deliver to/notify appropriate party.

  • Answer main business phone line phone: deliver messages to the appropriate party.

  • Additional duties as assigned.• Facility Coordination

  • Ensure facility security and implement Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Emergency Preparedness, and ISO 9001standards.o On-site facility POC to address or triage any requests, issues, grievances, or suggestions.

  • Visitor and contractor liaison: greeting, badging, and communication with local POC to escort guests to the appropriate location.

  • Property Management Company liaison.

  • Cleaning Company liaison.

  • Logistics Coordination Support Sales Team and tradeshows and product demonstrations, as needed. Vehicle fleet and equipment management.

  • Asset management.

  • Demo and event shipping as well as freight coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, corporate office environment preferred.

  • Experience working in a technology or technology focused company preferred.

  • Experience with project management or process improvement tools and concepts.

  • Strong work ethic with a “can do” positive attitude.

  • Solid organizational skills with a laser-focused eye for detail.

  • Consistently proactive approach to progress and improvement.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Flexibility and ability to multitask, switching priorities as needed within a collaborative environment.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$41,700 - $83,400
