TRI STATE TRUCK & EQUIPMENT INC SERVICE COORDINATOR in BELGRADE, Montana
Tri State Truck and Equipment is currently looking for a Service Coordinator for our Belgrade, Montana facility. Must be experienced in all aspects of being a professional Service Coordinator. Duties: - Responsible for initial contact with the customer. - Schedule customer repairs for in-shop and field. - Open repair orders and add tasks for separate repairs. - Assign service technicians to the repair order. - Check units in / out of the shop for requested repairs. - Update customers on progress of repairs. - Assist in the parts procurement process for the repair. Required: - Fluent mechanical background in the OTR truck / equipment industry. - Exceptional communication skills: verbal, writing, computer are important assets. - Mechanical knowledge of drive units, transmission, and engine. - Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and hydraulic functions. - Comprehensive computer skills. - Strong customer relationship abilities. - Teamwork oriented attitude. - A CDL or the ability to obtain a CDL would be a great tool to possess. Wage: Negotiable. Technical experience along with interpersonal skills will be taken into consideration when establishing wage.
