Skier Services Attendants are responsible for performing daily tasks that align with the department’s long term goals and objectives, uphold Spanish Peaks Mountain Club’s Vision, Mission and Values; support management and leadership, provides excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives.

DUTIES

  • Providing services to assist members and guests with snowsports gear, both on and off snow.

  • Setting up boots and gear for members and guests

  • Greeting members and guests and ensuring that all Snowsports information and release forms are accurately filled completed

  • Posting any appropriate charges associated with ski and snowboard activities

  • Properly communicating with resort staff and guests all present and upcoming programs and activities and booking corresponding reservations

  • Maintaining relationships and communication with past and future members and guests with pre- and post-visit correspondence.

  • Performs additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs.

Experience

  • Passion for outdoor activities such as skiing

  • Two years working experience in ski resort hospitality is preferred. H

  • High school or equivalent education required.
