COR ENTERPRISES ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEPTIONIST P.T. in BILLINGS, Montana

COR is looking for a part time Accounts Payable/Receptionist to join our team. Qualifications: Two years experience in a business environment. Experience should include demonstrated proficiency in business office procedures and office machines. Must be able to see details at close range. Must have strong time management skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer skills. Must have good oral and written communication skills. Supervision Received: Business Director Conditions of Employment: Regular business hours, Monday and Wednesday 8am-4pm, Friday 8am-3pm. Must pass all applicable background checks. Any employee, who operates a vehicle on behalf of the Company, must maintain a valid driver's license and insurability to include an acceptable driving record as per insurance company guidelines. A driving record check will be conducted at the time of hire and throughout employment. Non-Exempt. Part time. Environmental Conditions: May be exposed to physical and/or verbal aggression. May be exposed to Blood Borne Pathogens and be required to use Personal Protective Equipment. Probationary Period: Six months. Essential Duties: *Act as primary receptionist, directing telephone and in-person inquiries to proper departments. *Code, input, pay, and file Accounts Payable invoices, perform scheduled payment cycles including check preparation and accounts payable reports. *Perform Business office and facility filing as needed. *Distribute mail daily. Record cash and check receipts in daily log. Prepare bank deposits. *Issue purchase orders and receive records of purchases. *Maintain intake packets. *Assist with maintaining and updating SDS books and vehicle maintenance logs as needed. *Observes safety and health rules, regulations, and works, according to standard procedures and practices outlined in personnel and safety manuals. *Attend in-service training sessions as scheduled. *Read assigned materials as directed. *Participate in area team meetings to help coordinate daily responsibilities with all co-workers. *Maintain good working relationships with DD Case Managers, QIS, VR, parents and families of those we serve. *Promotes a positive image of COR Enterprises as outlined in the Personnel Policies under Code of Ethics. *Will not violate the confidentiality of any information relating to clients/eligible workers, staff or any contract customers. *Overtime as required. Must be approved by supervisor. *Assist with emergency drills and safety training. *Other duties as assigned.
