CTG is hiring an Ambulatory Support Analyst for a remote 1 year project starting in January.
Provide Epic application support (work tickets, service/change request, routine maintenance), while client focuses on important initiatives. Position is remote. Knowledge transfer will be performed remotely. Monday - Friday 8a-5p ET, No after hours on call. Documentation of responsibilities, How To’s and any requirements of your specific role on this project is expected. Initial document will be created during the knowledge transfer period and maintain through the life of the engagement.
Flexible Shift hours
Epic Ambulatory Certification required
Type of Tasks:
Strong Ambulatory with Department (DEP) Orders, Procedures Charge (EAP), device mapping. A lot of training or inbasket incidents.
Lab Error Queue experience
Security - a plus
Phoenix - a plus
Strong customer service skills
Self-Starter - will be working with strong personalities, with low tolerance level. This team is a busy team. They will not have a lot of time to hand hold someone.
Must show proof of meeting COVID vaccination and Flu vaccine requirements as part of onboarding. All other vaccination requirements necessary for onboarding!
