About the role:
The Commercial Operations Manager is a critical link between company strategy and execution of Sales & Marketing initiatives, working closely with Sales & Marketing leadership to develop and optimize go-to-market strategy, processes, systems, and infrastructure that boost Sales productivity and efficiency.
As the Commercial Operations Manager you will be a part of our Revenue Team (Sales, Marketing and Customer Success) and will:
Define and document processes and workflows that meet the needs of the business.
Support cross-departmental collaboration (with a focus on minimizing custom development).
Define project scope and document business requirements to changes in SFDC.
Automate processes using Salesforce automation tools.
Track the health of the business and develop reliable indicators that can be used to uncover growth opportunities (e.g., upsells and cross-sells) and customers who are at risk.
Analyze marketing and sales data, develop insights, and present recommendations on areas for improvement and optimization.
Provide functional and technical CRM support – troubleshooting of issues and integrations.
Deliver core business metrics, reporting and analytics, including pipeline, bookings, lead funnel & churn analysis for sales and marketing.
Provide internal CRM consulting to improve the business process to drive growth.
Align reporting and training programs with performance management priorities.
Drive Sales productivity through developing and optimizing processes and systems.
Define key marketing metrics and manage the process of packaging these measurements into reports and dashboards to determine overall performance of the marketing team and marketing programs.
Create regular reports on marketing and sales initiatives, business impact, and effectiveness.
Provide frontline support & training to Salesforce users as needed.
This role will be remote, based out of the United States or Canada.
Qualifications:
BA or BS Degree in a technically related field or equivalent working experience
3+ years’ experience managing, administering, and configuring Salesforce CRM application.
Salesforce Certified required, with experience in SFDC CPQ Implementation.
Ability to analyze and evaluate complex business processes & ability to craft solutions to complex business problems.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently; self-driven.
