CTA Architects and Engineers Architectural Project Manager in Billings, Montana

Qualifications* you will bring to the table:
- A bachelors or masters degree preferably in Architecture, Construction
Administration, or the equivalent - 10+ years of job-related experience
- Current license/registration or PM certification or equivalent in-house training
- Strong working knowledge of Revit, Project Management Software, Adobe Suite,Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Outlook
- In-depth knowledge of industry, strong design skills, client relations, problem solvingskills, ability to learn and adapt
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with other team members and clients
- Strong working knowledge of building codes and construction practices
As a Team Member at Cushing Terrell, you will
- Prepare fee proposals, develop, and negotiate contracts, and in some instancesidentify scope change and prepare add fee services agreements
- Collaborate with design leaders and other disciplines to produce project budgets
- Review and reassess projects weekly to maintain earned value and ensure resources are properly utilized
- Initiate and maintain projects and opportunities in Deltek Vantage point software
- Develop project budget and develop project plan alongside project coordinators
- Coordinate Cushing Terrells project billing with clients accounting procedures,aligning with clients needs in timing and format
- Provide expert knowledge of project processes and deliver seamlesscommunications to teams
- Identify and bring awareness to the client of possible services Cushing Terrell canprovide
- Regularly assess the clients goals and ensure the team executes the project tomatch that vision
- Achieve unison by strategically allocating team effort, utilizing resources, andreorganizing resources when necessary
- Plan, communicate, and execute project deliverables and milestones with theteam
- Schedule regular reviews with Principal in Charge and Project Manager
- Manage QA/QC process through inception and completion including quality management investigating, research, and follow-up
- Manage project closeout as well as project review and lessons learned
- May have supervisory responsibilities including training, assigning, and directing work; reviewing performance, rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Carries out these supervisor responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Develop external and internal client relationships
- Identify and develop market opportunities
- May lead project interviews
- Other duties as assigned
