This office is a primary information source for students, faculty, staff and community members.AACSB Accreditation•Edit 5-year reportoProvide grammar and punctuation suggestions•Organize 5-year peer-review visit•Manage expenses pertaining to AACSB accreditation•Support AACSB Coordinator with yearly reportingoData input for yearly reportingStrategic Planning Organizer•Maintain the Strategic Plan when tasks have been completedOutreach Coordinator and Liaison for Partnering Campuses•Organize yearly fall mini-conference•Connect throughout the hear with partnering campuses and maintain/update contact listStudent Recruitment Coordinator•Work with local high schools to connect College of Business faculty with high school business instructors•Arrange faculty visits to local high schools•Provide yearly reports pertaining to recruitment efforts done with local high schools and partner 2+2 campusesInternational Business Student Liaison•Aid International Business Students with non-advising mattersChrome River•College of Business contact for Chrome River concernsEvent Planning and Coordination•Organize the Spring Graduate Awards for the College of Business•Organize and coordinate revenue-generating workshops•Coordinate Dean outreach activitiesBusiness Advisory Council•Organize scheduled meetings for the Council•Serve as Secretary for the meetings by taking the minutes of the meetingsOther duties as assignedQUALITIES:•Friendly and pleasant demeanor as the first contact for the public with the COB Dean’s Office•Able to organize and track a variety of initiatives and contacts.•Able to maintain good budget records and to work within the university systems, such as Banner.Required Qualifications - Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills•High Shool or GED•Good familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excell and Word•Familiarity with budgets•Excellent Recordkeeping skills•Excellent Public Skills, as face of the college (front office, phone and email)•Commitment to Goals of Higher EducationPreferred Qualifications - Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills•Bachelor Degree•Experience as Events CoordinatorApplicants will be reviewed and interviewed on an ongoing basis after the screening date.
