The Associate Director, Channel Development defines the sales product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments. The Associate Director, Channel Development requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).

Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Channel Development defines the sales product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments. The Associate Director, Channel Development requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).

The Associate Director, Channel Development develops key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and to ensure cost efficiencies. Provide data driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share. Develop go to market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio. Identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis. Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive sales plans. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates. Lead transformation journey for the Inside Sales Organization to become futuristic and next gen through various enterprise wide programs and interoperability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy and transformation, operating models enhancement, process improvement etc.

  • Success directing and leading teams

  • Demonstrated success in initiating and leading complex initiatives and projects

  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

  • Experience delivering formal presentations to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA)

  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting financial trends

  • Experience working in a healthcare/health solutions industry
