Job Title: Materials Receiver
Location: Billings, MT
Pay Rate: $16/hr
Job Description:
Are you ready to play a crucial role in our supply chain operations? We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Materials Receiver to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient receipt and storage of parts and materials, contributing directly to our operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficient Part Receiving and Putaway: Accurately receive, inspect, and record incoming materials. Ensure proper storage and organization within the warehouse.
Forklift and Reach Truck Operation: Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks to transport materials to designated storage areas. Maintain equipment in good working condition.
Web-Based Inventory Management: Utilize web-based inventory programs to track and manage stock levels. Ensure real-time accuracy of inventory data.
Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively via email with various departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of materials. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience in materials receiving, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
Forklift and Reach Truck Certification: Certification or willingness to obtain certification for operating forklifts and reach trucks.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using email and web-based inventory programs.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and handling materials.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
