    We are adding to our outstanding team with a Business Systems Specialist II . This role will be primarily focused on supporting loan origination and document engine systems related to Consumer and Commercial lending. Cross training to other banking software over time. Position is full time, and prefers experience in software administration, system/user support, and/or banking/lending. This role may be based from any of our branch locations in Montana.

▪ Completes help desk requests from internal users while troubleshooting issues and clearing tickets in a timely manner. Logs issues and training opportunities to be discussed with systems manager.

▪ Test system changes (test and production) to ensure change requirements have been met. Assist with scheduling updates with all users including, training communication and any potential system downtime.

▪ Completes change management documentation for changes made to the live environment.

▪ Maintain workflow and system settings to align with ongoing business needs.

▪ Organize and facilitate user training as requested by the lines of business.

▪ Serve as liaison with third party vendors to maintain interfaces.

▪ Assists as a project team member with projects as needed.

▪ Maintain and issue user setups according to system control guidelines.

▪ Monitor and maintain system security across all users and groups to standards defined by system controls.

▪ Assists with system audits.

▪ Remains current with all training and actively works to complete defined goals.

▪ Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experi ence Requirements

2 years of college course work and 2 years of relevant experience

Education & Experience Preferences

4-year college degree (information technology or related) and 2 years' experience in information technology help desk environment or related field - or equivalent combination of education & experience 2 or more years of experience with banking systems and software or SQL programming language experience
