Job Title: Carpenter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled carpenter to perform general labor carpentry work, including framing, blocking, installing door/window frames, and flashing. The ideal candidate will measure, cut, and install building structures, utilize saws, hammers, power/pneumatic tools, and measuring tapes, and ensure the work site is clean of all scrap materials at the end of each day. The role requires lifting and moving up to 70 lbs and bringing your own basic tools.

Responsibilities

  • Perform framing, blocking, and installing door/window frames and flashing.

  • Measure, cut, and install building structures.

  • Utilize saws, hammers, power/pneumatic tools, and measuring tapes.

  • Clean up around the work site of all scrap materials at the end of the day.

  • Lift and move up to 70 lbs.

Essential Skills

  • 2 years of commercial wood framing, flashing, and door framing experience.

  • Proficiency in carpentry, construction, and blueprint reading.

  • Experience with doors, measuring tools, framing, finish carpentry, concrete work, and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be open to travel.

  • Must bring own basic tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
