Claims Approval Specialist – Pacific Northwest Region
Fleet Response has an exciting opportunity to join our growing team! Being part of Fleet Response allows the unique opportunity to work with some of the best restoration contractors in the Pacific Northwest, and the nation! We are looking for an individual who can be organized, disciplined, and firm while working with various insurance carriers and adjusters in a property claims environment.
Claims Approval Specialist
Submittal of invoices or estimates to insurance carriers, adjusters, customers, or applicable.
- Review of invoice or estimate with the insurance carrier, or adjuster and confirmed scope of work with proposed cost.
Regular and consistent communication with both customers and their insurance representatives through a claim with a focus on transparency for all interested parties.
Determination of, approval, and documentation of payments from carriers.
Operating within the presented key indicators of position.
Updating necessary notes and dates in job management software.
Daily phone calls and or emails for each assigned project
Daily file updates
Attendance of weekly meetings, where applicable.
Qualifications and Skills:
Knowledge of insurance-related guidelines
Proficient in analytical math
Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.
Comfortable standing firm on your position within conversations.
Strong oral and written communications skills

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Employee may be required to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and occasionally lift 10 - 25 lbs
Work is performed in branch offices within an assigned cubicle, office, desk, etc…
Employee will be working with computers at a desk and sitting for extended periods of time while typing, writing, speaking on the phone, handling general paperwork, etc..
