Employment Source CLIENT AND PHONE REPRESENTATIVE in Billings, Montana
Employment Source is looking for a Client and Phone Representative to work in Billings. Primary responsibility is (Outbound calling) talking to current and new clients about our service.Must really enjoy being on the phone.Must have professional phone etiquette.VERY detail orientedGood with computersRESPONSIBILITIES:•Build relationships with clients in order to understand their culture•Communicate with clients on a regular (daily/weekly) basis regarding job openings•Create and Maintain detailed spreadsheets for client and employee record keeping•Constant web-based and social media research •Build relationships with employees •Cross train in other areas such as job postings, payroll and interviewing applicantsVisit clients off-site using own transportationADDITIONAL:•Great at relationship building•Positive attitude and self-motivator•Great listener and communication skills•Great at follow-up•Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook a must•Strong attention to detail and record keeping•Good analytical and organizational skills•Strong social media and web-based research skills•Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information•Willing to learn new software and skillsPAY RATE: $22-$24 per hour depending on experienceSCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 30-40 hrs per weekHOW TO APPLY:EMAIL RESUME to Kari at kshelton@employment-source.bizORAPPLY IN PERSONSEE...
