Mark Rite Lines Equipment Company, Inc. CNC Machine Operator in Billings, Montana

** Willing to train the right individual, regardless of experience.
Essential Duties
Calculate dimensions or tolerances, using instruments such as micrometers or vernier calipers.
Machine parts to specifications, using machine tools, such as lathers, milling machines, shapers, or grinders.
Set up, adjust, or operate basic or specialized machine tools used to perform precision machining operations.
Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines.
Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.
Maintain machine tools in proper operational condition.
Operate equipment to verify operational efficiency.
Check work pieces to ensure that they are properly lubricated or cooled.
Confer with engineering, supervisory, or manufacturing personnel to exchange technical information. Lay out, measure, and mark metal stock to display placement of cuts.
Calculate dimensions of workpieces, products, or equipment.
Conduct test runs of production equipment.
Dispose of trash or waste materials. Exchange information with colleagues.
Maintain production or processing equipment.
Measure dimensions of completed products or workpieces to verify conformance to specifications. Measure materials to mark reference points, cutting lines, or other indicators.
Monitor equipment operation to ensure proper functioning.
Monitor lubrication of equipment or workpieces.
Mount attachments or tools onto production equipment. Operate cutting equipment.
Physical Demands: Occationally sit, stoop, kneel, couch, or crawl. Frequently walk, reach with hands and arms. Regularly stand, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear. Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Regularly lifing up to 10 pounds.
Wage: $22-$26 per hour/DOE with full benefit package, and health benefits available the first of the month after your start date. 401k with generous company match, Paid Holidays, Paid Sick and Vacation Leave, Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage offered for up to family coverage.
