Job Title: CNC Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator responsible for the operation and setup of CNC plasma machines. The role includes machine setup with basic G & M codes, programming with Mosaic, and visual inspection of all products. You will use blueprints to set up each product run and different measuring tools for quality checks. Additionally, you will assist in the shop where needed and clean up your station at the end of the day.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up CNC plasma machines

  • Set up machines using basic G & M codes

  • Program machines with Mosaic

  • Perform visual inspections of all products

  • Use blueprints to set up each product run

  • Utilize various measuring tools for quality checks

  • Assist in the shop where needed

  • Clean up the station at the end of the day

Essential Skills

  • Experience with CNC plasma machines

  • Knowledge of G & M codes

  • Proficiency in Mosaic programming

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

  • Use of measuring tools for quality checks

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months of experience in operation and setup of CNC plasma machines with programming and setup

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Experience with Mill, Lathe, and Machining

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
