Community Benefit Coordinator
Employment Status: Full-Time (.75 or greater)
Hours per Pay Period: 1.00 = 80 hours
Starting Wage DOE: $25.92 - $32.40
Position supports the mission, vision and values of Billings Clinic by overseeing and implementing the community benefit strategy. Accountabilities include the evaluation and oversight of community benefit activities conducted by Billings Clinic in all locations to ensure they align with priority health needs identified in the community and the organizational clinical priorities. Implements best practice community benefits planning and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state requirements and develops and implements strategic, collaborative community benefit initiatives. Provides support for the community health improvement committee of the Board of Directors, represents Billings Clinic in community-based collaboratives and Alliances and participates in government affairs and health policy agenda. Position coordinates closely with marketing and planning, community relations and health policy staff to contribute to sustaining our not-for-profit mission.
Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree with an emphasis in marketing, communication, public relations, business administration or other related field required.
**Preferred Graduate Degree with an emphasis in marketing, communication, public relations, business administration or other related field required.
7 of progressively responsible experience in marketing, strategic planning, public advocacy/policy, community benefit/mission related advocacy
5 of experience with Microsoft Office, presentation and graphic design software/applications
