JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to manage and coordinate the fulfillment of the organization’s contract and performance requirements as well as responsible for ensuring the business makes better decisions through collection and usage of data.

Ensures business data and analysis requirements are met by properly applying data concepts, including data structures, collection and cleansing, and structured and unstructured data analysis and reporting. Ability to collect, analyze, manipulate, use data visualization techniques, and report on CBRE data.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviews, interprets and analyzes contract and service agreements to ensure the terms comply with legal, guidelines, contracting principles, cost constraints as well as with corporate and client procedures.

Responds to customer inquires pertaining to modifications of existing contracts and to facilitate all phases of contract management.

Negotiates and interprets contracts, and monitors fulfillment of contractual obligations

Responsible for change management process for all existing contracts or requests for new contracts. Provides recommendations of approval or alternation solutions to senior management.

Accountable for administration and execution of Supplier Performance Management Program including data repository ownership, monthly data ingestion and reporting and identification of trends.

Develops data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize data in order to generate insights and addresses reporting needs.

Utilizes programming and analytical tools to formulate models and/or extract insights. Well versed in knowledge of creating algorithms, identifying patterns and insights from structured and unstructured data sets utilizing graphs, trees and/or other data representation techniques as required.

Identifies opportunities to maximize data usage, applying modeling and optimization methods to develop new strategies and improve business performance.

Identifies and troubleshoots data integration and integrity issues in cooperation with the appropriate CBRE business units; Designs work flows and procedures.

Develops ad-hoc analytics and reporting based on analysis of existing data sources, utilizing a variety of tools (i.e. SSRS, Tableau).

Exhibits analytical rigor, judgment, and ability to present a comprehensive 'data story' to multiple levels of the organization.

Is well versed in data visualization techniques.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university in computer science, math, engineering or related field required. Masters degree preferred. Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training. Working experience with business law, contracting principles and practices, and Pharmaceutical industry specific regulatory and compliance requirements. Working experience in quantitative analysis, data modeling, reporting, relational database tools, data warehousing and database architecture including technical experience with data engineering and data visualization related work.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI Stack and Outlook.

Strong analytical skills.

Working knowledge of contracts and change management.

Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.

*Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the role is $65,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $80,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
