This role is critical to support and grow our amazing group of Nearpod and Flocabulary Certified Educators and Pioneers, so together we can improve student outcomes.

*In this role as a Customer Loyalty Specialist, you will: *

  • Develop, execute and maintain marketing programs to support the Nearpod and Flocabulary communities of advocates.

  • Assist in planning and execution of customer engagement and community activities.  

  • Provide support in maintaining customer online community.

  • Connect with customers to increase retention, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

  • Address customer concerns and complaints effectively to ensure a positive experience, escalate as needed.

  • Exhibit a deep understanding of the Renaissance brand, ed tech market, competition and key drivers for consumers.

For this role as a Customer Loyalty Specialist, you should h ave:

  • The ability to work cross-collaboratively and communicate effectively with different personalities and job functions

  • An inquisitive mindset driven by an eagerness to learn, not afraid to make a mistake

  • The capacity to foster a customer-centric culture in keeping with our brand image.

  • Experience executing marketing campaigns or programs

  • Strong writing skills for both internal and external communications and copy. 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including Google Sheets.

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1+ years of Customer Service, Customer Success, or Project Coordinator experience

Salary Range:$68,000 to 93,500 This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
