Job Description

Experienced subject matter expert supporting Facets (Trizetto claims processing and benefits) application and workflow and the overall ClaimsXM platform. Experienced with administrating (software level) and maintaining a core enterprise batch/process scheduler with intermediate level knowledge of the Facets and HIPAA Gateway application (batch) layer. Identify business requirements and solutions related to the support of the specific business areas for implementation and ongoing operational support at the application/batch layer. Lead scheduling and administration of the Packaged Software scheduler and participating in process/job schedule design. This will include software level administration/maintenance in all environments including production where on call operational batch/core scheduler support will be required.

Organization:

This position reports to the ClaimsXM Systems Manager

Essential Job Functions includes the following.

Serve as an experienced enterprise core scheduler analyst for Facets application (batch) areas, usage and file structure, and structure of requirements that governs the functionality of the batch system

Basic server maintenance skills a plus

Plan and serve as a key scheduling liaison with technical areas possibly during development, testing and implementation, but ultimately supporting operations of these processes

Independently analyze batch related outputs for problems or opportunities; develop recommendations and solutions for those problems/opportunities, recommend solutions, and provide communications on the associated actions, scheduler impacts, and results.

Contribute to the completion of projects within the allocated time

Perform analysis of current usage of scheduler Package Software and reports back to audit/technical/business areas regarding improvements in process, schedule efficiency and results

Documentation -- writing system/technical specifications to ensure solution supports functional requirements

Perform other related duties as necessary

Knowledge, Experience, and Abilities:

Bachelor's or associate degree

2+ years of a core enterprise level batch/process schedule

If no degree, 3+ years of experience in a core enterprise level batch/process scheduler

Effective team member working toward company goals

Intermediate level Facets application (batch) layer knowledge

Intermediate level HIPAA Gateway application (batch) layer knowledge

Analytical problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Ability to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences

Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to successfully perform job functions with minimal supervision

General Areas of Accountability:

The incumbent must be able to conduct business and personal affairs in a manner that is always a credit to the company.

Machines and Equipment:

The incumbent must be able to effectively operate the current computer system, telephone system, and other office machines such as copier and fax machines.

Physical Activity:

The incumbent must be able to finger, grasp, feel, see, sit, hear, and speak. The incumbent for this position must also be able to lift, move and set up common systems equipment.

Working Conditions:

The incumbent works in an office environment that is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions such as heat, cold, or extreme noise. Routine periods of being on the phone, sitting and data keying are required.

Remote Eligibility: This position is fulltime remote eligible. Eligibility is determined by Management or Human Resources.

Work Schedule

Regular Business Hours: Monday - Friday; 8 AM - 5PM
Our hours of operations for some service offerings will occur outside of regular business hours up to / including 24/7 coverage with the exception of federally recognized holidays.
This position may have on-call requirements.
