What you'll do here:

Performance Marketing is looking to add to our growing team of Digital Marketing professionals who love learning new technologies and tools! Digital Marketing Specialists help manage our email marketing campaigns, monthly newsletters, chatbots, promotional advertisements, web forms, and support SEO initiatives. They take full responsibility for the development and implementation of their own workflows and processes. They are held accountable for the execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives that will maximize brand awareness and lead conversions. Digital Marketing Specialists follow changing market trends and use data-backed insights to establish the levels of engagement received for their mediums. They identify a direction for their campaigns based on industry learnings, best practices, and the use of their knowledge and creativity to try new things that’ll keep us on the cutting edge.

Your responsibilities:

  • Work with internal marketing teams to plan, execute and improve ongoing digital touchpoints, including promotional and campaign advertisements across the site

  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign metrics and present recommendations to help shape future marketing strategies

  • Research digital trends and analyze results to update digital advertisements on an ongoing basis

  • Maintain marketing documents, including standard operating processes, campaign tracking sheets, key recommendations, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) data reports

  • Coordinate with cross-marketing teams to set up email marketing newsletters, proofread copy, and test email content as needed

  • Partner with the SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO) managers to manage day-to-day optimization recommendations across landing pages and upkeep backlink profiles and broken links

  • Remediate SEO-related performance issues in collaboration with SEO Manager and developers

  • Other duties as assigned

Skills you will need here:

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience or related internships

  • Ability to identify, interpret, and act on Marketing data

  • Driven by curiosity, and can learn new technology and tools quickly

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and ability to communicate issues promptly

  • Excellent critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work within deadlines and in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and has great time management skills

  • Self-directed and able to take on responsibilities with minimal supervision

  • Strong work ethic and is partnership-focused

  • Deliver a variety of digital assets

  • Treats others with respect and dignity at all times

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting is a plus

  • Familiarity with HTML5 is a plus

Base Pay Range

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$49,500.00 - $79,200.00 USD
