Description & RequirementsMaximus is currently looking for an Education and Training Liaison to support the Montana Employment and Training project. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide coaching to workshop facilitators on implementing successful strategies to achieve project outcomes.- Assist participants in finding jobs by matching their skills and experience with jobs and career opportunities.- Help participants with job retention and career advancement services.- Work with participants to provide information on how to access government-sponsored programs and receive related program services.- Serve in a lead capacity as needed by mentoring and advising lower level staff, and handling complex or escalated issues.Minimum Requirements- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.- Minimum 6 years of related experience required.- Minimum 2 years’ experience in training delivery required.- A passion, energy, and drive to help individuals find a career that can change the course of their lives.Program Specific Requirements/Preferences:- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. - Minimum of 6 years of related experience is required. - Minimum of 2 years' experience in training delivery is required. - Residency in the state of Montana is required. - Reliable transportation is required. - Must be willing and able to travel to other sites within the region up to 50% of the time. - Previous Maximus experience is preferred.Home Office Requirements:- Maximus provides company-issued computer equipment- Reliable high-speed internet service- Minimum 20 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity- Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds- Private and secure workspaceEEO StatementActive military service members, their spouses, and veteran candidates often embody the core competencies Maximus deems essential, and bring a resiliency and dependability that greatly enhances our workforce.
