M-F 7am to 7pm, occasional on call

0.01 = per diem

This is a temporary position

Employee Health is seeking a personally accountable, self motivated RN to help assist our patients over the phone and in person.

Under the direction of the Manager and with protocols from the Medical Director, provides assessment for minor injuries/illness, basic health screenings, healthy life style education, consultation and improvement programs. In addition, triage and referral will be made when appropriate. Provides support for all Billings Clinic staff and employer contract services provided onsite at the employer’s location.


Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing or Associate’s degree and public health, employee health/wellness oriented experience

Current Montana licensure as a Registered Nurse.

Two years nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting using nursing assessment and judgment skills

Three years nursing-related experience in public health or employee health.

Previous management experience, preferred.

Current Montana Driver’s License and ability to be insured to operate Billings Clinic vehicles.

Associate (or Diploma) RNs hired into this position must commit to completing their Bachelor of Nursing degree within 3 years of their date of hire. Billings Clinic will help support the cost through financial assistance.
