Providence is calling a Finance Manager, Productivity and Benchmarking who will:
- Support local ministry/entity leadership teams in productivity and benchmarking initiatives
- Validate and guide budget labor targets for the Division by proactively working with executive and divisional teams to evaluate labor staffing plans
- Analyze and model labor initiatives in ministry to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs or service lines
- Support and evaluate benchmarking goals in order to implement as best practice in the Division
- Propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets
- Provide financial analysis for labor efficiency plans
- Develop analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and in increasing efficiencies
- Serve as a resource to clinical service line and divisional leaders
- Be responsible for developing financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of productivity reporting

Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or another related field of study
- 5+ years of finance experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Certified Public Accountant, HMFA or FACHE Certifications upon hire
