Job Title: Forming Lead
Job Description
Oversee a team of 2 in the forming area. Pick and verify orders for outgoing or incoming shipments. Set up the team on daily job duties. Fill out all needed paperwork for orders. Clean concrete forms coming in from rental users. Scrape and power wash old concrete from the forms. Fill in gaps with bondo. Conduct visual inspections of forms to see what needs to be repaired or cleaned. Oil down forms once they are cleaned. Store products in the warehouse. Lift forms up to 40 lbs.
