DUTIES: Assist in the control and care of students in classrooms, halls, lunchrooms, and playground. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES: Monitor students behavior in halls, lunchrooms and playground; performs all necessary duties to aide children needing critical care; assists children eating lunch and performing necessary clean-up tasks. Performs related work requested or as required by supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Knowledge: Basic practices in effective discipline and safety awareness. Skills: Adherence to schedules. Experience: Success in working with groups of children.
Hours: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (2 hours per day) Monday through Friday. Wage: \$13.50 per hour for 120 days; then \$15.00 per hour regular pay. (\$11.00 per hour for substitutes.)
