Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up concrete forms and rebar for large concrete slabs, pouring concrete into forms, and performing visual inspections of products before and after the curing process. This role requires the use of various hand, power, and pneumatic tools, as well as loading and unloading products to different stations around the production yard. Heavy lifting of products up to 70 lbs is also a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Set up concrete forms and rebar for large concrete slabs.

  • Pour concrete into forms.

  • Perform visual inspections of products before and after the curing process.

  • Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools.

  • Load and unload products to different stations around the production yard.

  • Lift products up to 70 lbs as needed.

Essential Skills

  • 1 year of construction or concrete experience.

  • Experience with general labor in construction.

  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.

  • Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 70 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in carpentry.

  • Ability to use a tape measure.

  • Cleaning and maintaining work area.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
