Job Description

The Recruitment Administrator will provide recruitment administrative support to multiple Goodwill Retail locations. The Recruitment Administrator will support the retail stores in performing administrative tasks related to collecting, uploading, and managing documents related to recruiting and interviewing of candidates. May disposition candidates.

  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job duty.

  • Uses initiative in prioritizing workload, supporting the retail stores balancing multiple demands. Demonstrates good organizational skills.

  • Administrative duties including general day-to-day management and uploading of recruitment documents for multiple retail locations, such as paper applications, resumes submitted through online sources, voluntary surveys, pre-screening and/or interview notes. General office duties as required.

  • Handle and respond to telephone and e-mail enquiries from retail managers.

  • Maintain and contribute to the management of electronic filing systems.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrates competency in technical and soft skills.

  • Training in administration skills desirable.

  • Should be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to readily learn new software programs.

  • Demonstrate motivation to grow and learn.

  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.

Required Experience

+ + High School/Equivalent

  • 0-2 years

  • Formal training in secretarial/administrative assistant field may be substituted for experience

Education

  • High school diploma/equivalent.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

  • Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.

  • Work overtime as needed

  • Ability to travel and move independently or with reasonable accommodations within the facility and community, availability of a vehicle, ability to communicate clearly and to work overtime as needed.

  • Applicant must pass background/DMV check
