Provides direct and indirect patient care. Communicates with physicians/Registered Nurse/Nurse Manager/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS1. Performs patient care in the Emergency Department and ground medical transports within the defined scope of practice for specific education/certification level and as directed or supervised by the charge nurse and/or physician. Complies with applicable State of Montana rules and regulations, Emergency Department and Billings Clinic policies and procedures.2. Ensures adequate supply stocking.
