The HR Technology Analyst I will build knowledge of Renaissance's suite of people technologies, technology project life cycle, and support evaluation, implementation, enhancement, and change management for the technologies over time. The analyst will serve as administrator of certain systems and become an internal SME and serve as the internal consultant for others who seek to leverage HR technologies to drive service delivery effectiveness while delivering an engaging employee experience.
As a HR Technology Analyst I, you will:
Participate in technology projects to include project planning, business case development, stakeholder engagement, status updates, requirements gathering, test planning, test execution, deployment and post-deployment support
As part of the HR technology team, work with and administer a wide variety of system functionality which may include payroll, time entry, learning management system, employee surveying, performance evaluation and succession planning
Provide guidance and training on technical processes, systems, and tools for different audiences
Support the evaluation and selection process of new HR technology functionality and vendors
Manage and maintain vendor relationships to maximize return on investment; provide recommendations to the HR Technology team leaders on vendors’ future capabilities
Meet technology needs through partnership, influence and collaboration across HR, IT and other internal stakeholders
Participate in HR technology-related activities and planning involving business mergers, acquisitions and integrations
For this role as a HR Technology Analyst I, you should have :
2+ years’ experience in implementation and administration of human capital management systems/HR technology is required
Demonstrated strength using MS office applications, in particular, Excel
Fluency and experience working with HRIS and a range of other HR Tech
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and change management skill
Strong communication and presentation skills across a variety of audiences
Demonstrated discretion and ability to work with confidential information
Preferred:
Ability to scope projects and lead them to successful completion through influence, partnering and collaboration, including colleagues who are not under direct supervisory control ·
Ability to gather and integrate data from multiple sources and prioritize work according to business need
Reporting and analytical experience
Experience with UKG Pro

Hourly Range: $27.00- $35.00 This range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.
