RECIPROCITY INDUSTRIES LLC HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST in BILLINGS, Montana

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department; including hiring and interviewing staff, benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies, procedures and practices. Responsibilities and Duties: Please Note: This is not an all-inclusive document. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews Maintain employee files and records Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications. Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
