WYO BEN PRODUCTS INC. INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK in BILLINGS, Montana
The main purpose and function of the Inventory Control Clerk is to be responsible for accurately counting and reconciling inventory levels within our manufacturing facility. This role requires strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. Specific responsibilities may include: * Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory items in various locations within the manufacturing facility. * Accurately record inventory counts using designated ERP Software. * Perform recounts as directed by Accounting/Plant Manager if counts do not align with the system. * Identify and report any inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management. * Assist in implementing and maintaining inventory control counts as required. * Support Logistic Manager and Logistic Specialist as needed. * Verify shift by shift production count and enter into ERP software. * Count all finished goods, consumables, raw material, and pallets once per week to ensure accurate counts. * Support and participate in the organization?s Continual Improvement Program requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS objectives.
