Description

In this role, you will serve as a Lead Agile Coach who is part of a nimble team that provides education, mentoring, establishes standards, and governance. This role will work within the Agile Enablement Office as well as partner with the embedded teams to ensure we are providing all of the elements necessary for our transformation to be successful.
Responsibilities
The Lead Agile Coach work includes creating tools and resources that will demonstrate how leaders and associates will apply Agile methodologies in their day-to-day work across the enterprise. The job will leverage feedback loops to ensure they are providing guides that push beyond theory to truly help the organization speed their transformation, as well as organize and lead in the removal of enterprise level impediments to transformation.
Overall the role promotes a culture of innovation by implementing Agile processes and principles which include techniques to increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and velocity. As needed, advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Required Qualifications
5+ years experience in agile coaching/mentoring role, change management experience
Agile industry certifications
Deep understanding of agile development processes and methodology
Experience implementing Agile in different cultures and environments
Experience with Lean and implementing a Kaizen mindset
Team-oriented, passionate about developing others' skills and capabilities
Ability to develop productive working relationships with a wide variety of teams and leaders
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors' Degree in Business, Technology or a related field
Knowledge of agile work management tools
Ability to work well with people with varying technical and business abilities
Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms
Additional Information
Will report to Associate VP, Product Management, IT HCS - Healthcare Services Management
Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.
Work-At-Home Requirements
WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
