If so, join us in leading a treatment team through the substance use challenges facing children and families in your community! As an Addiction Counselor, you will empower your clients to heal by creating a curriculum for recovery carried out through group and individual sessions. With a combination of exceptional mental and behavioral health services, engaged community partnerships, and best-in-class treatment resources, you will provide a treatment approach to recovery that uniquely serves each individual. What We Need from You: The children and families of Youth Dynamics deserve the best services Montana communities have to offer! Successful candidates will possess Montana licensure as a Licensed Addictions Counselor or will have Licensure Candidate status. We welcome Addiction Counselors at all stages of their career. However, to ensure the best services are provided, preference may be given to those with experience providing service to at-risk families or those skilled in therapeutic interventions and coordinating treatment with other professionals in the community. What You Will Receive from Us: Addiction Counselors salary ranges from $46,277.08 to $58,778.49 in year one depending on performance. Over your tenure with Youth Dynamics, there are opportunities for increased pay depending on performance growing your salary range from $49,095.36 to $65,259.31 by year three. Each year an Addiction Counselor at Youth Dynamics has the opportunity to earn a 3% raise and a 13% bonus based on services provided. Base salary depending on Licensure Status and experience. Our benefit package for Addiction Counselors includes: $500 Sign-on Bonus Medical, Dental, Vision Retirement Savings Plan Free Clinical Supervision 20 hours of Continuing Education Credits Paid Continuing Education Days Paid Time Off & Mental Health Days Federal Public Service Student Loan Forgiveness.
