WYO BEN PRODUCTS INC. LOGISTICS - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP in BILLINGS, Montana
Daily Duties can include * Receive customer orders and requests; coordinate the life cycle of these orders and requests including communicating with the customer throughout this process fostering a positive customer experience. * Interact regularly with management, accounting personnel, sales staff, and production department heads, and contact with other employees as required for information gathering and analysis to complete customer requested orders. * Mitigate customer problems as they occur to ensure customer satisfaction. * Advise sales representatives on truck and product availability. * Work with outside vendors/brokers to coordinate customer shipments. * Direct customer inquiries to sales. * Support and participate in the organization?s Continual Improvement Program and Quality Management System. Other duties as assigned.
