Service Management Systems is seeking a Maintenance Technician to make minor repairs, execute work orders, perform preventive maintenance and other duties as assigned to care for Rimrock Mall. Duties: - Performs minor preventive and corrective maintenance. - Knows and observes safe working procedures. - Maintains a neat and safe work area. - Uses good communication and human relation skills when dealing with co-workers, other departments, and the public. - Maintains a high standard of personal appearance. - Performs other tasks or assignments as directed. Qualifications: - Prior maintenance or grounds keeping experience is required. - Ability to work in a diverse environment with a focus on customer services. - Ability to follow specific instructions and work independently.
