SALARY:

$21.93 - $25.24+ per hour, the posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU’s compensation plan. RVU’s full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates all aspects of the program including budget, program review, assessment documentation, recruiting, marketing, admissions, class schedules, book lists, etc.
  • Provides essential communication and networking for the effective functioning of the MMS Program, interfacing with students, faculty, staff, and other departments.
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance accreditation requirements for the MMS Program.
  • Assists in oversight of MMS budget, provides financial updates and reports as needed, manages financial data for the program.
  • Captures content from faculty to help write internal program reviews and write other reports as needed.
  • Aids in implementation of program services serving as a resource for campus technology systems, as well as serving as a liaison to Financial Aid, Registrar, and Student Affairs offices.
  • Creates and maintains educational database files within the department including program statistics, alumni statistics.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to the MMS student research projects.
  • Track student attendance and academic performance including progress meetings for each student with Program Director or Assistant Director.
  • Prepare and analyze program statistics for reporting and presentations.
  • Plan and execute annual graduation ceremony in collaboration with Student Affairs.
  • Help build a culture that respects, values and promotes inclusive excellence.
  • Serve on committees or project groups as needed/invited.
  • Provide individualized student support as needed and appropriate.
  • Manage curricular content in Learning Management System in collaboration with the MMS Program Directors and Faculty.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
