We are looking for an individual to join our team as a disaster restoration mitigation technician.
Typical work week is M-F 7:30 - 4:30 with some overtime, on call, and possible weekend work.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers
Clear, professional, and timely communication with customers, team members, and managers
Inspect completed work
Complete necessary restoration documentation, daily logs, work orders
Load vehicles with necessary equipment and supplies for day's work
Maintain basic cleanliness of company vehicle used each day
Determine the sequence of steps to be taken when delivering the company’s services at the customer’s property
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

Professional written communication - write clear and accurate job notes and emails
Adaptable and able to think on your feet.
Plan and organize work activities considering the nature of the job, focus on key priorities, attention to details.
Effectively perform all production work within the restoration division. Training/Certifications will be provided
Performs quality work with accuracy and thoroughness
Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
High school (or GED) diploma. Construction and restoration experience preferred.
Basic math skills and ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
Basic proficiency in the use of computers, email and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
Certificates or certifications in related industry services is a plus: Water Mitigation, Fire Mitigation, Mold Remediation, etc.

Regularly required to sit, stand, or walk frequently, intermittently or for long periods of time
Use of fine motor skills: hands, fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
Working Conditions
Work is predominantly conducted on the customer’s property. Employee will encounter facilities where standing water and sewage are present, heat is unavailable due to lack of utilities, fire damage has occurred and mold or other organic growth exists. Daily exposure to the shop where vehicles and equipment are housed and maintained is typical.
Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
