YELLOWSTONE COUNTY MOTOR VEHICLE CLERK in BILLINGS, Montana
Yellowstone County is seeking a Motor Vehicle Clerk to greet and assist customers at the counter in completing transactions to obtain motor vehicle titles and processes Motor Vehicle Department transactions.
Examples of Duties: - Greets and assists customers at the counter in completing transactions to obtain motor vehicle titles; - Issue and collect fees for various types of Motor Vehicle titles updating State-titling records; - Pre-processes titles from vehicle dealers or financial institutions; - Issues titles and licenses for motor vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, ATV\'s, boats, and motor homes.
Minimum Qualifications - Graduation from high school or equivalent; and - One (1) years\' experience in the performance of secretarial duties, including visitor reception tasks and the maintenance of records and files; or - Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
