This job opportunity is for a Full Time New Account Representative position located at our Laurel Branch requiring a minimum of 6-months New Account experience. Position that requires extensive customer service skills, positive attitude and expressed enthusiasm. Focus of the position is actively cross-selling Bank products and services for new and/or existing customers by determining their needs and suggesting appropriate products. Will actively contribute to the growth of the Bank?s customer base. The position requires working knowledge of the CSS I and CSS II policies and procedures. Must have ability to work in a team atmosphere. Proficiency will be demonstrated by assuming regularly scheduled duties as a CSS III. Demonstrates a high degree of accountability through utilization of skills, knowledge and actions that protect the assets of Western Security Bank and its customers.
