Curt Langien Trucking, a C & B Operations Company, has a part-time opening for an Office Administrator at its location in Billings, MT. This position is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks in the areas of customer service, billing, and data entry in this fast-paced environment. The position reports to the Director of Transportation, and works closely with drivers, managers and our customers. This individual will work from 8:00am-noon, Monday-Friday each week. Enthusiastically answers phones.
Tracks vacation and hours to timely submit for payroll.
Prepares bank deposits and balances cash receipts, credit card receivable accounts, and customer billing
Maintains accounts payable records.
Assists new hires with required documents.
Assists Director of Transportation and Trucking Dispatcher with administrative requirements.
Any other duties assigned
Strong Microsoft Office experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Previous accounting experience preferred
Love serving others and assisting them over the phone.
