SUMMARY
Provide high-level operational and technical support to include accurate guidance to First Interstate Bank front-line staff in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner to empower them in their efforts to provide superior client service. This position requires completing various day-to-day operational duties for digital products and requires a strong attention to detail as well as a high level of accuracy while maintaining excellent service by phone, email, and through "360 View" Incidents.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Critically evaluate and decision online banking and bill pay enrollments for risk prevention and ensure only applicable accounts are attached.
- Manage bill pay maintenance and client notifications.
- Manage and facilitate I-statement exceptions process.
- Monitor, manage, and facilitate online banking "360 View" Incidents.
- Monitor, manage, and facilitate closed and deceased account reports.
- Monitor, manage, and facilitate mobile deposit limit increase requests.
- Partner with system administrators to make sure operational processes and infrastructure is viable.
- Serve as an online banking subject matter expert for bank employees by phone, email, and "360 View" Incidents requests.
- Research and resolve complex digital banking inquiries for front-line staff.
- Thorough knowledge of bank products and services and ability to communicate the product information to other employees.
- Tracking daily production.
- Ability to assess client needs through the internal contacts and provide solutions by troubleshooting to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Act as trusted resource for internal customers and provide accurate guidance in a manner that promotes confidence in Online Banking Operations.
- Works cooperatively with internal departments to obtain and evaluate necessary information related to the analysis.
- Enhance operational knowledge through cross training of additional bank business lines.
- Provide quality customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Actively look for and identify possible risks and fraudulent activities.
- Work effectively in team environment and promote actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending individual issues/needs, and recommending solutions.
- Navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
- Perform other job-related duties, special projects, upgrades, and conversions as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance Instructions, and procedure manuals.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk, sit, and climb or balance.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred
6 months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
