Billings manufacturing facility in need of immediate Operations Manager!Wage: $24-$36Summary of position: Oversee all areas of plant operations - working efficiently is a top priority - follow all safety policies and procedures required for the use of all machinery in production for the Company by performing the following: Oversee operations in composition, rubber molding, gaskets, and plastic injection molding - must have experience in this fieldOversee production orders and production staffWork collaboratively with senior leadership to develop and implement short term and long term plansDevelop and perhaps perform, maintenance plans for machinery/equipmentAdditional tasks as needed, must be flexible and open to other team member's input QUALIFICATION:Bachelors degree preferred in Mech Engineering, Technology or equivalent Competencies:language and mathematical skills including fractions and measurements/decimalsReasoning abilityConfidentialityPlanning/OrganizingQualityCost ConsciousnessInterpersonalComputer SkillsPhysical Requirements:stand/walk over 90% of the timeperform repetitive hand motions/reach/hear/listen/talk/walk/navigate stairways/and bend/stoopLift up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionallySpecific vision requirements: close vision and focus adjustmentworking near mechanical parts, non hazardous fumes and or airborne particles, noise levels associate with industrial machineryFast paced, constantly changing shop environmentIf you have great mechanical and leadership abilities, give us a call!
