Employment Source is looking for a PARTS COUNTER SPECIALIST to work Full-Time in Billings, MT. JOB DESCRIPTION: • Greet customers at the Service Desk • Answer incoming phone calls • Keep excellent inventory of parts and accessories • Assist in pricing and ordering parts • Manage special orders and follow up with customers • Coordinate with various departments to ensure an expedited process and customer satisfaction • Responsible for propane refills • Maintain an orderly work area and organize Service Desk retail spaceREQUIREMENTS: • High School diploma or GED • Valid driver’s license • 2 years of experience in a customer service role, required • Great communication skills • Mathematically inclined & ability to use a cash register • Computer savvy • Highly organizedAll applicants are required to submit a Resume and 2 Forms of IDBENEFITS: (waiting period applies) • Health Benefits • 401K • Paid Time OffPAY RATE: $15-16/hr DOE + BONUS POTENTIAL!SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, occasional SaturdaysHOW TO APPLY: • EMAIL RESUME to Mehgan at mmyers@employment-source.biz Or • APPLY IN PERSON!
